Customer couldn't get IP connection using Explorer 100 BGAN with Mac. Customer was running Leopard with VMFusion.We installed VMFusion on our Mac, tested, and found that VMFusion is not compatible with USB drivers for Explorer 100. Removed VMFusion from test Mac and was able to get IP connection again.
