This applies to online orders that include a new or used voice-capable satellite phone or voice-capable satellite terminal with a Continental US delivery address. Free delivery typically occurs within 2-3 days (not guaranteed) with tracking provided; a shipping insurance charge of 0.9% of the total invoice applies to all online purchases. The free delivery offer only applies to online orders using our published pricing and does not apply to orders using volume or specially negotiated pricing. Expedited delivery can be selected at checkout for an additional charge; orders which would have qualified for free delivery will receive a $25 credit after the order is completed.
We offer free delivery to any Continental US address of online orders of satellite phones, Iridium rentals, and Iridium SIM cards.
If you receive a product and it does not live up to your expectations you can return it for free within a 30-day period from purchasing.
