Some people have experienced problems getting an IP connection when using a MAC running OSX with an Explorer 100 BGAN. While we continue to pursue a root cause with our suppliers, one solution is to run Boot Camp software and install Windows XP on Mac. We have helped a customer do this, it is an easy installation, and it has worked very well.
