Terms & Conditions

• Month of activation counts as the first whole month of the initial term, and this first month is prorated. The last month of service is not pro-rated. Plans shown here require a new SIM card. Customer pays taxes, USF fees and other fees in addition to rates shown.

• No Activation Fee on all 12-month term plans, and $50 activation fee on 4-month term plans. An early cancellation charge applies for canceling service prior to the end of the initial term (see Service Agreement for complete details).

• Monthly Bundle applies only to Basic Rate Calls. The unused part of the Monthly Bundle is lost and does not roll to a subsequent month.

• Basic Rate Calls include mobile-originated voice calls to PSTN and cellular numbers and In-Network voice calls to Inmarsat GSPS, BGAN or GSPS Voicemail. Other types of calls are not Basic Rate Calls and are billed at the rates indicated in the service agreement. Definitions: PSTN refers to any Public Switched Telephone Number (worldwide). GSPS is Inmarsat Global Satellite Phone Service; BGAN is Inmarsat Broadband Global Area Network. FBB is Inmarsat Fleet Broadband. “Other MSS Carriers” refers to all other mobile satellite service carriers including but not limited to Iridium and Thuraya.

Terms on Annually-Billed Plans

• Annual Bundle: Service fees are billed 12 months in advance from the date of activation. After the Initial Term is completed, this Service Agreement has automatic 12-month renewal terms for each subsequent 12-month period. The Annual Bundle associated with each plan applies only to Basic Rate Calls, and the unused part of the Annual Bundle during any given 12-month term is lost and does not roll to a subsequent 12-month term. Customer pays taxes, USF fees and other fees in addition to rates shown.

• Not Available for Online Activation: These plans are intended strictly for government or corporate customers that require annual billing for budgetary reasons. The agreement binds the Customer to pay the Annual Fee for each 12-month renewal term unless the Customer provides an express written signed intent to cancel prior to the 25th day of the last month of any given annual term.

Terms on Prepaid Plans

• Basic Rate Calls consume 1.5 units per minute and include calls to public switched telephone numbers (v/f/d), cellular numbers (v/f/d), Inmarsat GSPS voicemail, and In-Network voice calls to Inmarsat GSPS or Inmarsat BGAN. Refer to the service agreement for complete details, validity rules and the consumption rate for other call types not shown here. Customer pays USF fees, and other fees/taxes in addition to rates shown.
