SIM Card Activation
- Activations can take 24-48 hours to process at the network
- NOTE: Activation requests that are submitted on the weekend or a holiday will be worked the following business day
- Your activation will not take place until BOTH steps 1 and 2 are completed below.
- If you have purchased your device on Amazon, there is a possibility you were sold an additional prepaid SIM card from a different provider. If so, you will be required to purchase an additional voucher from us, or contact the provider of the SIM card you purchased from.
- If you require your activation to be completed after business hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday: An additional $50 activation fee will be assessed on your first invoice; ALSO, you must CALL Outfitter Satellite at 615-889-8833 and leave a voicemail on the technical support line requesting emergency after hours activation
Activating your SIM card happens in two steps.

STEP 2 - Credit Card Payment Information
- Once we have received your completed Postpaid Service Agreement or Prepaid Activation form, a member of our team will reach out to you the next business day with a link to our secure billing platform to submit your credit card information.
