Outfitter offers three sizes of portable rugged solar panels. The
smallest is a Solar Port panel built into a belly pack with a
built-in rechargable battery. Charge the internal battery by day and you can
recharge most small electronics with DC charger accessories anytime day or night!
The belly pack is large enough to carry any of our handheld sat-phones, too.
If you need more power, our 25-Watt Tri-Fold is a great choice. The largest panel
is a 48-Watt 12-fold panel that is extremely compact but a bit expensive.

Our lightweight portable NiMH
PowerBase battery pack is air-traffic approved and protected by rubberized armor.
The 25-Watt TriFold Panel (above) can be used to recharge the Powerbase (in about
5-8 hours of good sunlight). The PowerBase can be used for powering virtually any small
electronic device that is equipped with a 12 VDC auto-accessory charger (max 7A)! With the same
foot print as your RBGAN satellite terminal or a small notebook computer, the PowerBase is
suitable for
other electronics such as radios, video equipment, and computers with auto-accessory chargers.
This means that you have more power and more flexible power.
